Delete your Arcus Habits account

You can permanently delete your Arcus Habits account and all of its data at any time.

The fastest way — in the app

  • Open Arcus Habits.
  • Go to the Profile tab.
  • Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
  • Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Can’t access the app?

Email privacy@arcushabits.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile (email, display name, avatar, date of birth).
  • Every proof photo you have posted, from our database and photo storage.
  • Your habits, schedules, streaks, goals, captions, and comments.
  • Your circle memberships, devices, and push tokens.

We may retain a limited record only where the law requires it (for example, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-hold obligations). Routine backups are purged on a rolling cycle of up to 30 days.

Deletion is permanent

Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered.
